Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days except for the customised orders or pre-orders or as communicated during the order placement. Orders may not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
We will put an update over here (below) if the shipping time is delayed compared to regular shipping.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
We offer free shipping Pan India. In most cases delivery to over 95% pin codes occur within 6-7 business days, but this may get delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will try to resolve the issue as soon as possible and in case we are not able to deliver this within 45 days, we will issue a refund for your order.
Cash on Delivery will be available for most of the pin codes at an additional charge of ₹ 80/- per shipment (cash handling charges ). However, there will be no COD for customised orders. and 925 silver jewelry at the moment
We have tie-up with all leading logistics partners viz DTDC, Fedex, Bluedart, Aramex. Other courier Speed Post etc The carrier is chosen basis the availability, pricing and serviceability in the required pincode. For remote locations not covered by private couriers or locations with certain restrictions, we use Indian Postal Services (for domestic shipments).
For International shipments, the shipping will be chargeable and rates vary depending on the country (generally between Min ₹ 800 (US$10 )to ₹ 3000 (US$40 ).shipment will take 10-30 days to deliver international shipments all custom duty taxex etc will paid by foreign buyer

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
All domestic orders are tax paid and no additional tax is to be paid by the customer. However, for International orders, Vatave (AEON SYSTEMS ) will not be responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping is the responsibility of the customer (import duties, brokerages, tariffs, taxes, etc.).
